Each December, wreath-laying ceremonies, to honor those who gave service to our country, are carried out in over 1,100 locations as well as at sea and each national cemetery on foreign soil.

 

Our cemetery will participate in this ceremony December 17th at 12:30 right after third service. The short program will be in front of the historic church with a wreath laying ceremony afterwards.

We have 48 identified veterans in our cemetery. You can honor these men and women by contributing to the cost of the wreaths.

 

One wreath is $15. If you buy 2 wreaths at $30 an additional wreath is free. Please be sure to make checks out to MUMC and note Wreaths on the check. (If there is any excess it will go towards cemetery maintenance.)
