Media Production @ MUMC
Providing Ministry and Worship in the 21st century takes many different skills and people. Those who wish to serve in Media Production are the "behind the scenes" people who help create an atmosphere for all people to worship.
Audio Production
Don't let all the knobs and technology scare you. It's fairly simple and our Director of Music Ministry is a great, and patient, teacher. If you are interested in helping run sound for any of the three worship services, stop by the sound board (located at the back of the Sanctuary) on any Sunday and let Donald Fullerton know. He is currently working on building a team so no one person has to be there all the time and there can be a rotation in the schedule.
Video/Visual Production
Maybe you'd like to take part in the visual end of worship. Feel free to talk to either Donald Fullerton or Teresa Brewer about helping to run the programs that provide the visuals for our services. Teresa can be found most Sunday's in the room just behind the Sound Board, and she'd be happy to show you how easy it is to run the new projection system. No experience is required, just a heart to reach people through this new ministry. We ask that as a team member you sign up for 1 service a month to serve.
